Meet Timothy & Olivia.

We're the husband-and-wife team behind K2X Solutions, a consulting firm based in Chicago. We work with local small businesses to make everyday work easier and explore opportunities to grow.

We start by listening, develop an idea you can react to, and shape the next steps with you. Reach either of us directly to start the conversation.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We focus on small businesses in the Chicago area, across industries. Whether your challenge involves daily operations, a tool that isn't working for you, or an idea for a new offering, we'll talk through whether we can help.

What will the prototype look like?

It depends on the problem. It might be a simple working tool, an example of a better process, or a mockup of a new service or offer. We include an explanation of what it demonstrates, its limits, and what implementation would involve.

When do we discuss pricing?

Once you've reviewed the initial concept, we discuss whether to refine or implement it and what that work would cost. We agree on scope, fees, and any ongoing tool costs before paid work starts. Reviewing a concept doesn't commit you to a project.

What if the idea isn't right for us?

Tell us what misses the mark. We can discuss a different direction, changes to the concept, or simply end the conversation. There's no obligation to continue.

Do we need new software to get started?

No. We start with your existing tools and how your team works. Sometimes a clearer process is enough; when a new tool makes sense, we discuss the costs and tradeoffs with you.
